You've Gotta Check Out the New Design Dashboard

Body:

You've gotta take a look at "The Design Dashboard" from
Marlon Sanders.

Do you need to design:

* Web sites
* Sales pages
* Mini sites
* Blog graphics
* Affiliate pre-sell pages
* Landing pages

You point. You click. You follow the big blue numbers.
What could be simpler?

It's A to Z. All step-by-step screen caps supported by
videos where needed. It's a MASSIVE time saver and
literally takes the pain out of the learning curve.

Here's what it does for you:

End Result:

a. Your own custom web site graphics that are a cut above

b. You will do your own header graphics faster than you
may imagine

c. You will know how to do special effects like scanlines
and handwritten notes

d. You will be able to trick out templates you buy or
create your own

e. You save costs (No Photoshop CS or Dreamweaver needed)

f. You will get step-be-step instructions on ftp, getting
your shopping cart up, hooking up your autoresponders,
stick letters, fly ins, and every other detail we could
think of.

g. Saves you the costs of design fees. At $150-$300 per
header, just ONE and you've paid for this product.

h. Even if you still use a designer, there are times when
you need it NOW, not later. You 100% can do it yourself
and be surprised at how good a job you DID!

i. You can create your OWN templates just as good as many
of 'em you buy -- and do it fast, once you learn the
steps.

j. Most templates are NOT designed for "our type" of
sites. So they're never quite right. You can do it
yourself, get a better result AND save.

SHOULDN'T I OUTSOURCE?

I disagree with the "outsource everything" view. YES, you
build a business. But in the beginning, there are times to
outsource and times to do it yourself.

I did most everything myself early on. And as the money
came in, I hired people to help out.

If you've got the bux to hire everything out, fine. But
you STILL will end up waiting and waiting for designs when
you could do it yourself in 10 to 30 minutes if you had a
little basic knowledge.

Anyway, check it out:

Q & A on Design Dashboard

Body:

Here are some questions you may have about the
Design Dashboard and the answers:

QUESTION ONE: Is this just for designing web sites? Or can
it help me (or my assistant) do graphics for blogs,
landing pages, affiliate pre-sell pages, ebook covers and
Power Point presentations?

ANSWER: It'll help you with anything you need to do
graphics for. Even if you outsource, it's GREAT to be able
to whip something out in a hurry when you don't have time
to wait.

QUESTION TWO: Is this something I can REALLY do without
sweating bullets and going through the learning curve from
down below?

ANSWER: ONLY if you have "The Design Dashboard." If you
don't, yeah, it's gonna be a real pain. But with the
Design Dashboard, you have step-by-step screen caps that
make doing things a breeze. Plus, video where needed.

QUESTION THREE: Why would I need this if I use templates?

ANSWER: 1. A blog header with graphics looks better than a
plain one. You have the chance to do a little branding.

2. Templates for Power Point are just backgrounds. What
about graphics that illustrate your point?

3. If you buy the SAME templates from the same places
everyone else does, will YOU break through the noise?

4. With just a little skill and the right software, you
can create some GREAT graphics for affiliate pre-sell
pages.

5. There ARE programs that create ebook covers but they
don't do the GRAPHICS FOR the covers in most cases. The
Design Dashboard serves many purposes.

QUESTION FOUR: How much is the software gonna ding me for?

ANSWER: $100 or less for the graphics software. If you
want to add flash audio buttons to your site, you can
spend $27 to $100 for that software, but SAVE $20 a month
vs. what most people do.

In other words, if you do just ONE graphic header in 2007
yourself instead of outsourcing it, you paid for it.

QUESTION FIVE: Why learn to do design when I can outsource
it?

ANSWER: 1. You may not get the special treatment and same
quality that "gurus" receive.

2. Talented designers sometimes get booked up for weeks.
What if you need it sooner rather than later?

3. Once you see how easy it is to do graphics, you'll
probably find yourself doing at least SOME stuff yourself
when you're in a hurry.

4. Outsourcing is great. But you may want to only
outsource when you need that special touch and do
bread-and-butter stuff yourself.

5. You can have your ASSISTANT use the Design Dashboard
and do stuff for you. It can be your training tool for
THEM.

QUESTION SIX: What will the Design Dashboard do for me?

ANSWER: 1. You can design GRAPHICS for blogs, landing
pages, affiliate pre-sell pages, ebook covers, power
points.

2. Above and beyond that, there are step-by-step
instructions for your sales letter (if you need one), ftp,
shopping cart and other stuff. This is ONLY for the people
who need it. You can use all the design part even if you
don't need THOSE things. But it's nice to know they're
there if you need them.

3. You will save money.

Other programs use software that isn't mainstream and may
not keep up with the times. Plus, you can't buy any books
on it at the bookstore. Or they use Photoshop CS which is
$650 or $750 USD. Then, for html, they use Dreamweaver,
which sets you back more. I could go on and on. I've
stripped out every possible cost.

4. You will save time

I know you have 1,000 things to do. Even watching videos
takes TIME. That's why I've used as many screen caps as I
can. Learning from them is faster than video. But I've
used video where it made learning faster.

5. You will avoid a painful, full-blown learning curve

The worse thing about software is the learning curve. I've
taken out the learning curve and JUST given you the steps
you need to know.

QUESTION SEVEN:

What is the difference between the Design Dashboard and the
Marketing Dashboard?

ANSWER:

One is for design. The other is for marketing.

How To Grow Your Business This Year

Title:

How To Grow Your Business This Year

Body:

Marlon Sanders here to talk for a moment about your
business plans for this year.

If you've spent any amount of time coming up with new
ideas on how you're going to grow your business this
year then you've probably realized (as I have) that there
simply isn't enough time to get everything done!

For example, one of the MOST important goals for many
people this year will be to concentrate on building a
mailing list.

(After all, it's common knowledge that your list is going
to be a major source of repeat profits for you!)

In order to start growing your list, the first thing you
need is an opt-in form that you use to capture the leads.

But if you've never created an opt-in form before then
you probably have a lot of questions on how to get one
on your web site, such as:

* Where do you get the opt-in page from?

* How do you add the form to your site?

* How do you make it work so the names and addresses
go into your autoresponder?

* How do you make it work so the confirmation page
opens in a new window? (That way your visitors aren't
whisked off to the thanks page without having had a
chance to read your sales letter!)

* How do you use a nice looking graphic pop up with
text that you can customize in just seconds?

* Where do you get the code to make the form work?

* And much more...

Of course those are just a few of the questions you
may have when it comes to building your opt-in list
form.

I remember when I first started out, just trying to figure
out how to do something like this made my head spin!

This just one of the reasons I created the Design Dashboard.

Nothing could be easier.

do for you, just head on over to:

The Basic Dilemma Of Internet Marketers That You're Probably Struggling With Also -- And What To Do About It

Title:

The Basic Dilemma Of Internet Marketers That You're Probably Struggling With Also -- And What To Do About It

Body:

By Marlon Sanders

There's a basic dilemma all Internet marketers face:

Learn the new methods that get better results

Versus --

Do the basics that you know work.

If you want to make maximum profits, then you need to
learn and use the latest methods on the one hand.

On the other hand, if you want to make maximum profits,
you have to DO things and FOCUS. You can't learn
everything and do everything.

It's a classic double bind.

If you spend all your money and time learning new things
to get better results, then you don't have time to DO the
things you know work.

At the same time, if you spend all your time DOING, you
often miss out on the easy profits created by newer, more
state-of-the- art methods.

This puts internet marketers in a real time crunch because
a person can't do both -- learn all the new methods
hitting the market practically weekly AND also DO what
needs to be done to make a profit.

What's the solution?

I call it breathing. It's a natural rhythm. You learn.
Then you do. You learn. Then you do.

If you get stuck in learning and don't do, you won't make
the most you can. And vica versa, if you DO but don't
learn, you'll spin your wheels and quite possibly not
succeed.

In my case, I'm devoting this whole entire year to
implementing just one new SYSTEM of thinking in my
business.

I started on this system one year ago. And I let myself
get quickly sidetracked last year. I decided that this
year, I want to take the one concept and fully and
completely implement it.

I talk to some marketers who just don't know what they're
doing. They REALLY need to learn more. They need to learn
about writing copy, graphics, doing surveys, finding
markets and product creation.

On the other hand, there are MANY marketers who HAVE been
in this business 3-5 years and know all the basics and
some of the advanced stuff.

Yet, they just don't get products out. They don't get
promos done. They get caught up in the paralysis of
analysis and don't do ANYTHING.

That's why the natural rhythm of money is to learn and do.
Learn and do. If what you DO doesn't work, it's time to
LEARN some more. But if you haven't DONE what you've
LEARNED, it's time you focus on DOING for awhile.

A lot of people get stuck on that point because DOING is a
pain in the tail end a lot of days. You ALWAYS are going
to be afraid of making mistakes. You are ALWAYS going to
run into frustrations and things that don't work right.

It's ALWAYS going to take longer and be harder than you
THOUGHT.

But the people who succeed can tolerate the PAIN OF
ACTION. It's easy to sit back and learn. I love it. But
DOING means you run into obstacles and things that don't
work right.

It means you're confronted with the details of learning
programs. It means you'll screw up and make mistakes.

Worse than that, it means you'll DO things that don't
work!

For every 1 thing that WORKS, you'll likely try TEN that
don't. And I don't care WHO you are. If someone denies
that, they either don't have much experience, they're
lying or they aren't honest with themselves.

I remember discussing this whole topic with Corey in times
past. I would think I was the only one who had such and so
thing not work right. I'd talk to Corey and find out that
he'd had the same exact issues.

It made me feel a little better that I wasn't the only one
in the world who had things that didn't work as I
anticipated.

I hope this article gives you a little more clarity on the
fundamental dilemma of Internet marketers and puts you on
the path to greater profits.
